Demonstrations - See Homestead east

Sales - Food will be on sale in the 'LaVerne Y. Bates Food Pavilion', in the eastern part of the fairgrounds, and several other locations. There are more than 89 food and refreshment booths.

Foods and beverages available include:

Kallaloo
Roast goat
Roast pork
Maubi
Benye
Paté
Crab and rice
Pumpkin fritters

Candies and preserves like Dundesla, Gooseberry and Peppermints are also on sale.
