OFF-ISLAND EXHIBITORS
Guidelines
The Agriculture and Food Fair Board will provide a 10' x 10' booth space with a backdrop and side panels to qualified exhibitors to display products and photographs.
The following guidelines must be adhered to:
- Produce/goods must not be sold on the first day of the Fair.
- Products to be displayed should be agricultural producs and value-added products.
- Products to be displayed should be non-manufactured.
- Exhibitors must be prepared to handle all custom requirements themselves.
- Exhibitors should consider transportation and storage limitations in determining the quantity of merchandise to be sold or displayed.
- Alcohol or alcoholic beverages may not be sold or displayed.
- Carbonated beverages may not be sold or displayed.
